Participants begin arriving on Tuesday mid-afternoon (around 3:00 p.m.) and check in at the Information Building. Orientation is at 5:00 p.m. Dinner is provided on Tuesday evening at 6:00 p.m. Everyone will get acquainted after dinner and then we will enjoy some jam sessions!
